The primary focus of IMPAK's business is the design and manufacture of custom flexible packaging solutions for a variety of customers. Our innovations often come as a result of solving real-world packaging challenges. Many of the pouches available for purchase on this website were originally produced to meet a specific customer's requirements and later became "stock" items due to the popularity of that pouch format.

Our greatest asset as a company is our ability to produce exactly what our customers need. This has required our packaging experts to push the limits of our capabilities regarding pouch sizes and styles, printing techniques, engineering of unique features, and creation of laminate structures that can handle extreme temperatures, contain aggressive chemicals, protect the most sensitive of contents, and look good at the same time.

Materials

Many of the 53+ materials on IMPAK's production floor were created to serve a specific function, such as withstanding 320° temperatures, providing the lowest possible barrier to water vapor, or sealing reliably through liquid or powder residue.

Sizing

IMPAK can produce a wider range of pouch sizes than any other manufacturer we know of. From micro pouches as small as 1" x 2" to huge container liners as large as 54" x 118", we can create exactly what you need in any material and in any format.

Styles

We do it all - flat pouches, stand up bags, reclosable ZipSeal pouches, peelable pouches, drum liners, gaylord liners, uniquely shaped die-cut pouches - and we are currently innovating new kinds of liquid packaging bags with unusual spout fitments.

Printing

We offer high quality rotogravure or digital printing services, matching your exact design and colors and adhering to rigorous quality assurance protocols. We can also help with your design and offer a selection of material finishes.

Quantities

If you need millions of pouches, IMPAK has the infrastructure and production capability to handle that. If you need a relatively small quantity for a product trial, talk to us - depending on the pouch size, our MOQs can be surprisingly low.
