This sealer has a PTFE coating on the jaws which allow it to reach very high temperatures and seal through thick materials without burning the outside layer of film. Side gusset coffee bags, large pieces of irregular shaped material and short runs are all ideal applications for this unit. It's nostick coat helps make it ideal to seal Mylar foil, and other thicker materials.
