Description

Nuvex™ film is made from biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE) and nylon. It is very printable and provides high mechanical strength and seal integrity. During and after laminating, the film provides a much improved processing efficiency when compared to blown PE as a result of the thickness stability across the web. Nuvex™ offers all of the benefits of polyethylene and biaxially oriented films with regard to flatness, running speed, and web stability while reducing the material needed to get the same effect at the source.
