These pouches are produced primarily for use in sterile medical applications. Customer applications include 8 kGy Gamma sterilization for luer locks, pipette tips, and other products. The pouches are made from FDA Medical Grade materials and feature a sealer zipper closure on one end to ensure you know when the product has been opened.
Applications: Food products, food testing, medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, semiconductors, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen
Material: This pouch is made from PAK48MT2500, which provides good protection against corrosion and oxidation. Used on items requiring moderate protection against the environment, the outer layer of polyester (Mylar) provides the structure with oxygen barrier properties ten times that of a polyethylene bag twice as thick.
