This bag's high barrier, high temperature material was originally developed for industries like high performance adhesives, and can withstand product temperatures up to 320°F (160°C). Material: PAKSAFE320 is a high performance film structure with excellent oxygen and moisture barrier properties and a sealant layer with high temperature contact capability. The unique high barrier/high temperature properties of this product lend itself well to a wide range of applications. The original application for the product was in high performance urethane adhesives being loaded into 5 gallon (23L) and 55 gallon (300L) containers where the material must be able to withstand 160° Celsius (320° F).

This high performance film structure has excellent oxygen (two layers of biaxially oriented nylon) and moisture barrier (0.00035 foil) properties. Its greatest feature may be its sealant-layer temperature contact capability. The unique high barrier/high temperature properties of this product lend itself well to a wide range of applications. The original application for the product was in high performance urethane adhesives being loaded into 5 gallon (23L) and 55 gallon (300L) containers where the material must be able to withstand 160° Celsius (320° F).
