This lamination combines PA/tie/PE/tie/PA/tie/PE into a 6.3 millimeter thick high barrier film with without any metalic or ferrous layer. This removal notably lowers cumulative carbon output and ensures technical alignment with contemporary mechanical recycling processes. Constructed as an all-polymeric film, the PA/tie/PE structure provides a recyclable alternative to multi-material laminates. It is ideal in food or medical device packaging, where very low oxygen levels are required but metal detectors are often part of packaging lines.
