This food grade "superpoly" vacuum seal pouch provides a strong barrier to water vapor and features a slip agent that makes it easy to use in automated production applications. It's highly puncture-resistant and stands up to extreme temperatures, making it an excellent choice for vacuum sealing applications such as sous vide cooking. We also keep a high inventory level on these bags, which allows us to ship them out quickly and keep their cost down.
Applications: Food products, fresh produce, fresh meat cuts, sous vide cooking, hot fill, microwaveable food, frozen food, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, semiconductors, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen
Material: This pouch is made from PAKVAC4.0, an FDA-approved food grade film used extensively for demanding vacuum applications. The film's clarity makes it an excellent choice for retail display, and it's extensibility (ability to stretch) allows it to conform to unique product geometry. The low oxygen transfer rate, high impact resistance, and low cost make it popular with meat, fish, nuts, dried fruit, jerky, and snack products.
Sealer Compatibility: These bags are made for use with chamber and nozzle-style vacuum sealers.
They are NOT COMPATIBLE with home vacuum sealer brands such as Foodsaver®, CounterMate®, Anova, Vevor, Nesco®, Weston®, Geryon, NutriChef™, Avid Armor®, LEM MaxVac®, Mesliese, BonsenKitchen, Cabela’s®, Potane, Kenmore®, Magic Vac®, Beelicious, and Seal-a-Meal®
