6.75" OD x 100 Yards PAKDRY7500 Mylar Tubing - TP75C0675Y100

This is a 100 yard open end roll of tubing on a 3" corrugated core. It consists of 2 layers of material with .375" side seals for an outer width of 6.75" and an inner width of ~6.0". The hot-fill ready sealant layer enables a reliable seal with better powder seal-through capabilities.

Applications: Food products, emergency supply storage, food testing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, semiconductors, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen

Material: PAKDRY7500 is a 7.5 mil thick (minimum) high moisture and gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide et al) barrier film with a dual layer of both 48 gauge polyester and 60 gauge biaxially oriented nylon providing very high tensile strength and resistance to puncture, making this product suitable for vacuum packaging applications and for very large bags including cargo container liners. As an FDA approved substrate for food contact the 6.0 mil MINIMUM metallocene PE sealant layer has made this the product of choice for bulk food, fine pharmaceutical powders and medical device engineering specifications.
