The HIPPO is a compact, powerful nozzle-style (sometimes called a Snorkel) vacuum sealer with easy one-touch operation. With just two buttons, it offers 3 operating modes: automatic, semi-automatic, and seal only.

Its compact size and convenient operation make the HIPPO ideal for both home and commercial applications ranging from research labs and industrial factories to food packagers and for use as a restaurant CRYOVAC machine. It may be used up to 300 times per day, with 100-cycle continuous use.

An adjustable seal time of 1 to 9 seconds allows the HIPPO to work with a range of materials such as poly-nylon, Mylar/foil laminates, and more. Bags up to 12” wide may be sealed in one pass, and larger bags may be sealed in stages.

A built-in catch-cup collects excess liquid, allowing the HIPPO to seal wet contents without slowing or damaging the machine. The vacuum nozzle has a filter to prevent debris from entering the machine and is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

This simple yet effective vacuum sealer is the solution for small to medium production settings, where space and convenience are a concern.

These 3 side seal pouches have a primary application in Medical fields, or any other field that require sterilization. Customer applications include 8 kGy Gamma sterilization for luer locks, pipette tips, and other products. The 2.5 mil thickness means that it is flexible and easy to work with. Featuring 0.25" side seals and tear notch 0.375" from sealed end ensure you are left with a simple and elegant-looking product. The pouches are made from FDA Medical Grade materials and feature our Load Lip or Semi-Circle Lip openings to make filling less difficult. Simply heat seal after filling and have a product ready for use when needed - just use the tear notch to open.
