These tamper evident, child resistant pouches feature Thumb-Pocket® reclosable zippers and tear notches with Perfect-Tear Technology. They are designed with a 1/4 oz capacity as retail-ready packaging for pharmaceuticals and supplements.

Applications: Pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal medicines, edibles, veterinary products, biological samples, food testing, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods or tablets, pesticides, household cleaners, and any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen

Material: This pouch is made from PAKVF3.5M, which provides protection against moisture and corrosion for packaging of powders, food items, and hygroscopic products. This high barrier material is FDA approved, may be vacuumed sealed, and is ideal for packaging pharmaceuticals and food products.

The latest addition to the IMPAK’s line of child resistant bags is a press-to-seal, pull-to-open pouch. The pouch is sealed on three sides and open on the top, where the Thumb-Pocket® reclosable zipper is located, allowing the packager to fill the bag then seal the product inside.

Tamper Evident, Perfect Tear Technology, Thumb-Hole Zipper

The tamper evident top comes away cleanly in a straight line each time thanks to special Perfect-Tear technology.

To open, users place their thumb as far as possible into the registered mark (indicated by the red box) and pull the zipper open. Efforts to open it from any other area quickly reveal how truly remarkable the zipper is.

An ingenious thumb tab makes the zipper easy to open for adults, but nearly impossible for children. Follow the diagram on the bag and opening becomes almost as easy as your average sandwich bag. Reclose it for multiple uses. Contents are protected from children with every close.

The pouches are closed on 3 sides and open on the bottom; this makes filling more efficient and protects the contents until they reach the consumer.
