Twice a year, IMPAK does a large custom print run intended to allow customers to take advantage of lower-than-standard MOQ and high-volume pricing. Through this semi-annual program, we can accomodate orders as low as 2500 custom printed pouches.

Almost every style of bag we feature can be custom printed (drum liners, for example, are an exception). In order to accomodate multiple requests in one run, several restrictions apply regarding pouch sizing, style, and materials. It is necessary to run jobs with similar material width and cutoff to run through the printing press.

Our upcoming Aggregate Print Run begins in early August, 2025, with final assembly by the last week of September. As of July 15, 2025, this run is CLOSED; all raw material is allocated for printing and artwork finalized.

The next Aggregate Print Run will take place in April 2026. IMPAK is now accepting submissions to be scheduled for that run. Those who get in early will be prioritized in determining the size and style of pouches printed. For example, in Fall 2023, what IMPAK could accomodate for our Aggregate Print Run was largely determined by the early inclusion of the 8.625" x 11.375" x 6.0" Tap Spout Barrel Pouch pictured here.
