Our iS² line of medically validatable sealers are an industry standard where traceability and data tracking are necessary. All units can be NIST certified by an independent third party lab and seal parameters set for repeatable results. Each unit comes standard with the following:

20" maximum seal length, heavy duty stainless steel body, clean-room ready compatible.

• Validation ports for seal pressure, seal temperature and seal time
• K-Type thermocouple
• Pneumatically actuated sealing jaw
• 20" seal length
• 0.25" wide nichrome heating element
• Jaw clearance for side to side material feed
• Digital pressure gauge, digital proportional valve, and upgraded Siemens controller with +/- 3-degree accuracy
• Foot pedal operated
• Airtight and watertight seals
• 120V/60Hz operation (220V option available)
• Upgraded from the MPDSS20: enhanced construction and components, more options for programming and processing speed. Superior controller with ability to read temperature within 2ms and apply adjustment; can control 2 thermocouples simultaneously.
