PrintRapid™ - Band Sealer with Inkjet Printing
Building on the strength of our VakRapid™ band sealers, IMPAK Corporation is proud to reveal the newest addition to our family of Continuous Rotary Band Sealers. The PrintRapid™ adds a built-in, high speed Inkjet printer positioned in line with the band seal to provide the same great speed and reliability, along with print integration of barcodes, dates, batch numbers, QR codes, custom text, images, and/or custom symbols and characters on your packaging at the moment they are sealed. This is a great all in one system to leverage the speed of Ink Jet printers.
And with the quick release printer cartridge system there is no need to worry about maintaining extra space on the production floor to house the ink well and computer. The whole system fits into the back of the machine with little change to the footprint or requirements.
