Product Design Review

There may be situations in which changes, modifications, or additions to what is a standard piece of machinery (occasionally referred to as the “platform”) will result in an attached fee invoiced as Product Design Review. This fee is a requirement as soon as a request is made that is different from that which was originally quoted, oftentimes no matter how simple. This is a fundamental benefit to our existing, installed base of customers and future customers. We are committed to the survival of IMPAK as an organization that can support its equipment. We will NOT allow unforeseen or unplanned changes to a project to occur without clearly explaining, defining, and invoicing for the additional cost.

The companies below are in the same field and no longer exist. Important note: While they no longer exist, IMPAK has the ability to support, refurbish, upgrade, and provide parts to the majority of their equipment that can be found in existence worldwide.
