Resale Certificates

If your company has a valid resale certificate for California or Florida, tax exempt status can be applied to your account on this site for orders shipping within those respective states.

In order to do this, you must first have created an account on this site. If you have not registered an account yet, you can do so here.

After your account has been registered, please send an email to flprocessing@impakcorporation.com with your company name, address, and resale certificate number.

Our staff will verify your company’s resale certification, update your customer account on this website to show resale tax exempt status, and contact you to confirm this update.

Thereafter, when you place orders through this site after logging into your company’s account, state tax will not be applied to that order as long as it is shipping within the state.

IMPAK is only able to apply tax exempt status on accounts for resellers located in California or Florida.
