Storage Fees

Customers who are unable to take shipments from IMPAK when products are ready are liable to incur storage fees. Our commitment to keeping a wide selection of products available to customers for immediate fulfillment and to maintain a high volume of products that are regularly shipped to anchor customers does not allow for space to be taken up by product that is ready to ship.

Effective October 1 2023, storage fees, which were $45/pallet/day after 3 days from order completion, will then increase to $90/pallet/day after 10 calendar days.

Don't be that customer! IMPAK cannot accomodate fulfillment-ready product being held up, as it interferes with our flow of goods. Per our policy, a per-pallet fee will be added daily to any account for which IMPAK is forced to keep goods in storage.
