What makes these bags so great?
It starts with the material they're made from. PAKVAC4.0 is a highly durable food-grade laminate that is designed to handle tough vacuum sealing applications. It provides a strong water and oxygen barrier, so contents sealed in Superpoly bags stay protected. And it's sturdy, able to withstand harsh treatment, hold heavy contents, and seal around objects with sharp edges. If that weren't enough, it also withstands both high and low temperatures and is a great choice for sous vide cooking and hot fill* applications.
We have pouches of all sizes made with PAKVAC4.0, and if we don't already have the size you're looking for, we can make it.
*What is hot fill?
Hot fill is a sterilization process for food and drink packaging in which the product and its container are heated to 194-204℉ to kill off bacteria and microorganisms, then sealed air-tight. Products packaged this way have a shelf life of 6-12 months.
