2.5" x 5.5" O.D. Clear/White MylarFoil MiniPouch (1,000/pack) - 025CWVST055RC

This small Vista Pouch is made from clear, high-barrier PAKPM4 on one side and opaque barrier foil PAKVF4C on the other. It has tear notches 0.8" from the sealed end and is designed to be filled and sealed at the opposite end. The material provides a high barrier to moisture and oxygen and has a hot-fill ready sealant layer that enables a reliable seal with better powder seal-through capabilities.

Applications: Food products, powders, oils, small electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, food testing, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen

Material: Clear side: PAKPM4 provides good protection against corrosion and oxidation used on items requiring moderate protection against the environment. The outer layer of polyester (Mylar) provides the structure with oxygen barrier properties 10x that of a polyethylene bag twice as thick. However, both the oxygen and moisture barrier properties are considerably less than any foil laminate structure.
White side: PAKVF4C has a high hot tack strength, compatability with a wide range of sealing techniques, and ability to seal through contaminates such as fine powders. It also provides an excellent barrier for oily or greasy products. The outer layer provides oxygen barrier properties and the FDA approved metallocene poly inner layer provides puncture resistance. Ideal for food products with liquid or powder components.
