This tamper-evident ZipSeal™ pouch is designed to be filled from the open bottom end, and has tear notches for easy opening. The pouch is made from PAKVF4PCA, a popular choice for packaging aggressive chemical compounds and solutions that can degrade most other materials. Contact IMPAK for guidance regarding material compatibility. Stability testing for some products may be required.

Material: PAKVF4PCA is an ultra-high barrier foil laminated structure made with high performance adhesives. The proprietary sealant layer is designed to withstand the effect of aggresive compounds, food products, or chemicals, including solvents. This material, has a high temperature inner-layer and is suitable for retort applications, hot-fill food processing and autoclavable medical devices - thus it is able to withstand 250℉ (121.1℃) temperatures.
