IMPAK offers a line of high barrier bags created specifically for the hops industry, called the Hops Green Bags line, for its focus on sustainability, and its forest green color. Available in 3 industry sizes, suitable for 11 lb., 22 lb., and 44 lb. of pelletized hops, or 1 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. of fresh bale.
The multi-layered material of our Green Bags is ideal for hops packaging. Not only does it protect contents from light, moisture, and oxygen, it also uses a superior 5.0 mil thick, food grade material that easily seals through powder and oil, without compromising the quality of the heat seal.
Aluminized Mylar bags are the ideal choice for long term food storage, and our green Mylar bags were created to serve customers in the both farming and brewing stages. They can be vacuum sealed and nitrogen flushed at the initial packing stage, and at the brewing stage they are easily resealed and reused.
For those looking to reseal leftover hops, we offer oxygen absorbers and bag clips or portable handheld sealers.
