These liquid and gel dispenser pouches offer a funneled tip for better dispensing precision compared to a square pouch. Tear notched sides make the pouch easy to open. This is a great grab-and-go format that we offer in a stock size, with options for modification in a custom order.

The high barrier food grade material works well for protecting products that are sensitive to moisture and oxygen and are designed to withstand high temperatures (up to 250° F for 55 minutes) for hot fill. They are also made to safely package aggressive chemical compounds such as petroleum distillate, epoxy, essential oils, etc.

Applications: Small volume liquids, lotion samples, energy gel, pastes, condiments, essential oils, adhesives, or any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen

Material: This pouch is made from PAKVF4PCA, an ultra-high barrier foil laminated structure with high performance adhesives. The proprietary sealant layer is designed to withstand the effect of aggresive compounds, food products, or chemicals, including solvents. This material, has a high temperature inner-layer and is suitable for retort applications, hot-fill food processing and autoclavable medical devices - thus it is able to withstand 250° F (121.1° C) temperatures.
