The GCV-11F is the smallest of our Castle Vak Chamber Sealers. Built with simple efficiency in mind, the Castle Vak line was designed to develop a chamber sealer body that can better fit in small work spaces. Each comes with a thick transparent acrylic lid to see the process when sealing, and a Vane Oil lubricated vacuum pump to deliver a 8m3/h flow rate.

Take advantage of the benefits of a chamber vacuum vs a nozzle style vacuum sealer - handles liquids and pastes much better! The GCV-11F's tall chamber gives enough room to efficiently seal mason jars as well - fit up to four 16 ounce (473ml) regular mouth Ball mason jars, or nine 8 ounce (236ml) regular mouth Ball mason jars in the vacuum chamber. The power and size make the GCV-11F one of the best options for hunters/fisherman processing at home, long term food storage, and small prosumer applications where reliability and safety are important.
