GCVDC-24FB: Single-Phase 24" Castle Vak Dual Chamber Vacuum Sealer (220V, 1 Phase)

The model GCVDC-24FB is a large Dual Chamber Vacuum Sealer with front and back 24" seal bars from our Castle Vac line. This freestanding unit sits on wheels to move around the production area. Built with simple efficiency in mind, the Castle Vak line was designed to develop a chamber sealer body that is sturdy, reliable, and easy to use. This unit comes with a lid made from hygenic 304 Stainless Steel that moves between the two chambers for easy cleaning, and dual highly efficient vacuum pumps to deliver a combined 48m³/h flow rate (two 1 1/4 hp pumps at 24m³/h).

Soft Air Release option available: This feature gradually reintroduces air back into the chamber after the vacuum cycle, preventing delicate items from being crushed or misshapen and sharp items from puncturing the pouch with the sudden rush of atmospheric pressure, resulting in a neat, intact package. It works by controlling the speed of aeration, allowing the pouch to gently settle around the contents instead of violently collapsing, making it ideal for foods like soft cheeses, berries, bread, potato chips, or anything with sharp edges.
