What Are We Talking About?

When discussing custom or large scale orders, you will often hear the term "minimum order quantity" (MOQ). For most manufacturers, this can be a big hurdle to starting a project. To match some of our customers production volumes, we leverage our decades of experience in the packaging space to meet those needs. With MOQs that can get as low as 6,500 impressions depending on the features, IMPAK offers some of the lowest MOQs in the industry. Even with our flexible minimums, these numbers can vary wildly depending on production queues, materials, sizing, fitment options, etc. The quickest way to confirm what our MOQ would be for your project is to contact one of our sales representatives to give you an idea of what we can do for your perfect package.

To help bridge the gap for smaller projects, we can offer extremely short runs for certain styles of unprinted flexible packaging. Because we have 53 different materials on hand to fabricate, we can accept projects that are a fraction of a normal MOQ. For customers who can make use of one of those materials, and need a simple 8" x 12" or smaller 3-side seal pouch, we can produce 1000 unites for just $475. This out the door cost can be a great option for projects that are just starting out (or are still testing sizing) to test some sizes you would not normally see stocked. We can even offer a short run of 1000 pouches with ZipSeal™ closures 8" x 12" or smaller for $685. Contact us today to see if we can help get started.

For more customized projects, think about getting an ESR before starting full production. This gives you the chace to see what your next custom order will look like and that test all the measurements suit your needs. This extra step can take a little longer, but is designed to ensure you don't lose time and money down the line.
