Our MPDSS line of medically validatable sealers are an industry standard where traceability and data tracking are necessary. All units can be NIST certified by an independent third party lab and seal parameters set for repeatable results. Each unit comes standard with the following:

20" maximum seal length, heavy duty stainless steel body, clean-room ready.

Validation ports for seal pressure, seal temperature and seal time
K-Type thermocouple
Pneumatically actuated sealing jaw
