Push-To-Seal

Effortless operation with a hand press and no warm-up time. The 10" model offers versatile use, allowing horizontal operation on a table or vertical mounting. This ensures packages stay upright during sealing, particularly beneficial for projects involving liquids or powders. Crafted with a durable stainless steel body, each PTS guarantees robust construction. The analogue electronic heat timer simplifies achieving consistent packaging results. Adjust the sealing time based on your bag material thickness, starting with the minimal setting and gradually increasing for an optimal integral seal. Simply insert the material between the seal bars, lightly press the Working Table to bring the bars together, and hold for 2 to 3 seconds after the red LED turns off.

Hippo

The HIPPO is a compact and powerful nozzle-style vacuum sealer designed for easy one-touch operation, offering three modes: automatic, semi-automatic, and seal only. Its versatility makes it suitable for both home and commercial use, spanning applications from research labs and industrial factories to food packaging and functioning as a restaurant CRYOVAC machine. With a capacity of up to 300 uses per day and continuous use for 100 cycles, it features an adjustable seal time of 1 to 9 seconds for compatibility with various materials. Capable of sealing bags up to 12.5” wide in one pass, it accommodates larger bags in stages. The machine includes a built-in catch-cup for excess liquid, allowing it to seal wet contents without slowing down or causing damage. The vacuum nozzle has a removable filter for easy cleaning and maintenance. The HIPPO, with its all-electric technology, user-friendly controls, and compatibility with most vacuum pouches, is an efficient solution for small to medium production settings where space and convenience are crucial. It comes with a full 1-year warranty and can be shipped within 3 business days.

All Electric Vacuum Sealer

The EVS stands out as one of the most customizable sealers in the market, offering the flexibility of 3 gas flushes and 4 vacuums. This allows for a diverse range of vacuum styles, from light to extreme vacuums to pillow packs. Particularly well-suited for medical and clean room applications, these nozzle-type, all-electric industrial vacuum sealers from IMPAK excel in performance. Unlike their pneumatic counterparts, these electric sealers eliminate the need for an air compressor source, resulting in quieter operation. The EVS series is available in 14”, 18”, and 24" wide units (350mm, 450mm, and 600mm, respectively), featuring standard upper and lower dual elements that ensure hermetically sealed bags. Constructed with high-quality stainless steel and plated finishes, coupled with top-tier industry components, these sealers deliver a production-ready, industrial-grade machine known for reliability and longevity in high-production environments. Despite their compact 19” x 14” footprint, these units can fit into tight spaces, and even with the recommended stainless steel tray, the total footprint for the larger 18” wide seal bar unit remains at 19” x 26”.
