These tamper-evident pouches are comprised of multiple layers, including a foil layer that offers high barrier protection against moisture, light, oxygen, and contaminants. The innermost layer is an FDA-approved, food-grade material. The layers of the laminated foil bags are designed for secure hermetic heat seals.

The flat bag is sealed on 3 sides, with the open end opposite the sealed tear notch end. This means the bag is filled, then sealed. See our sealers for a full range of machines for large and small scale productions.

Material: This pouch is made from PAKVF4C, which has a high hot tack strength, compatability with a wide range of sealing techniques, and ability to seal through contaminates such as fine powders. It also provides an excellent barrier for oily or greasy products. The outer layer provides oxygen barrier properties and the FDA approved metallocene poly inner layer provides puncture resistance. Ideal for food products with liquid or powder components.
