Our iS2 line of medically validatable sealers are an industry standard where traceability and data tracking are necessary. All units can be NIST certified by an independent third party lab and seal parameters set for repeatable results. Each unit comes standard with the following:

The Intelligent Sealing System, or “iS2” system is IMPAK's proprietary control platform for digital operation of heat sealing equipment. This platform offers precise control of time, temperature, pressure and vacuum. These highly precise, repeatable results are ideal for applications which require validation, as well as applications which utilize sensitive materials that need to stay within close sealing parameters.

The iS2 System comes pre-installed on every iS2 Validatable Vacuum Sealer, but can be modified to customer specifications as requested. System modifications are an additional investment, speak with our specialists to determine if a modification would benefit you.

220 Volt Option

This option allows the user to operate the unit where 220 Volts is available or needed.

Dual Element

Also known as Bi-Active Heat. This option is used to seal thick materials or materials that require a high temperature to seal. A unit with the dual element option has two seal bars, this allows both sides of the film to be heated simultaneously. It also reduces the time it takes to seal a material, increasing production and output.

Gas Flush Capability

Ability to flush the bag with an inert gas.

Clean Room Ready

Machine taken into Class 100 clean room. All surfaces wiped with 80/20 sterile water/isopropyl alcohol mixture. Double bagged in virgin PE Poly bags.

3^rd Party Certification

3^rd Party Certification is provided independent company who calibrates the unit for time, temperature and pressure. Upon completion a certification label with date is applied to the unit and PM/re-certification is generally done yearly.

Operator Safety Guard

Polycarbonate safety guard which is mounted to the front/top of the unit and seal bar and safely prevents unwanted objects such as fingers from being able to be caught between the jaws.

Sterile Air (SA) Kit

Two Pre-filters with PM indicators which remove contaminants and water from the compressed air line before they reach the nitrogen generator. After leaving the generator the air is pushed through a Post filter which results in a Sterile Nitrogen flow of 99.9999+% efficiency at 0.01 micron. This is essential for food and sensitive applications where purity is critical.

Nitrogen Generator Kit

The Nitrogen Gas Generator (NGG) produces Nitrogen gas (N₂) from compressed air. *This module is designed to generate Nitrogen at purities between 95% and 99.5%.

Our (NGG) can be used as a replacement for heavy and bulky Nitrogen gas tanks. Its slick and compact design allows users to integrate this with their current gas flush enabled vacuum sealers without having to worry about it taking up too much space. Also, users will not have to worry about a depleting Nitrogen gas source, as our NGG produces Nitrogen from a clean compressed air source.
