These large OZE (open zipper end) pouches are designed for secure packaging of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The sealant layer of this custom film lamination is odorless, non-toxic, and well-suited for sterile / anti-microbial applications. The pouches feature 10 mm / 0.394" side seals and a wide flange, i.e., a wider-than-usual sealing area above the zipper, allowing the pouch to be easily heat-sealed without compromising the resealable zipper area.
