Chevron pouches, sometimes called foil to foil pouches, are used to package single-use items, often used in medical applications. This long format peel pouch is ideal for packaging medical items, single-dose drugs and supplements, transdermal patches, and trial products. The Chevron Seal is shaped to allow for an easier peel even when wearing gloves. Features a 0.375” x 0.1875” corner tabs, a 0.625”+ “lip” that allows users to grasp the edge, and pull the 0.375” wide seal apart easily.
Applications:Medical devices, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, semiconductors, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen.
Material: Transparent PET and sealant layer matched with a metalized polyethylene. The relatively high barrier material is great for packaging sensitive materials because it offers protection from moisture, gases and other contaminants with less material for source reduction.
