This small pre-sterilized peel pouch is ideal for packaging medical items, single-dose drugs and supplements, transdermal patches, and trial products. The peel-to-open chevron seal is located on a short side of the pouch, with the opening for filling and sealing on the opposite side. The chevron seal is shaped to allow for an easier peel even when wearing gloves. Chevron pouches, sometimes called foil to foil pouches, are used to package single-use items, often used in medical applications.
Safe, Secure, Sterile: These pouches have been ethylene oxide sterilized and are double bagged in packs of 100, with 1,000 pouches in a case.
Applications: Medical devices, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements, biological samples, veterinary products, electronic components, semiconductors, any product sensitive to moisture or oxygen.
Material: Clear side - 48 gauge aluminium oxide polyester / 4.0 mil polyethylene; Silver side - 48 gauge polyester / .00035 foil / 3.5 mil polyethylene
