HIGH SPEED, HIGH QUALITY GAS FLUSH SEALING FOR FRESHNESS

This unit requires a regulated supply of inert gas at 20 PSI minimum AND a clean, dry compressed air source capable of providing 80 PSI minimum.

As a natural addition to our highly successful VakRapid series of continuous band sealers, the IMPAK VakRapidGF continuous band vacuum and gas flush sealers set the standard for high speed bagging of food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics applications that require optimum freshness and shelf life. The VakRapid Series provides high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The nitrogen gas flush system can remove up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, and creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushion like buffer to protect contents from damage. The VakRapidGF is economical when compared to other sealers that offer nitrogen gas flushing for air removal. Comes with a dry ink printing system and a small kit of the most common letters and numbers. Additional accessories available.

This vertical unit is designed to be used almost right out of the box, and can be set up in 5-10 minutes. This RapidSealer^TM (Band Sealer) has a left to right configuration.
