R&D - Custom Controller Design for Industrial Sealing Equipment

 Building off experience with the popular Gramatech Workhorse, we are always working with our partners to find improvements or solutions for updates to our machines. In the case of one partner that wanted better access to machine controls during productrion, we worked to develop a side mounted touchcreen controller to move from what could be a work area when sealing. They had been running into issues where the packaging while being positioned for sealing, would fall and block the control system beneith the seal area. To combat this we took the hardward and built a custom side enclosure to keep controls easy to access during use. Updates like these allow us to try out new ideas and find great solutions to future design decisions.
