IMPAK is currently expanding our selection of large-form side gusset bags designed to hold 5 lbs of product and beyond. Many customers are realizing the value of this format for the sheer volume of product that can be accomodated. We are regularly engaged in custom manufacturing versions with specified materials or fitments like one-way degassing valves for coffee bean storage applications. We also produce these pouches with custom print.

Our 11” W x 4.875” D x 23.25” H quad seal side gusset pouch (P/N 11P75C04875SG23375, pictured below) was custom-made for a valued customer from our high barrier PAKDRY7500 material and is fitted with a one-way degassing valve. This pouch is a great example of a bag that is available as a stock item only because anchor accounts made high-volume production possible.
