Manual Impulse Sealers

These are by far our most popular bag sealers due to their small size, ease of use, and reasonable prices. Although these are some of our most "entry-level" sealing machines, they work well for low-volume jobs sealing poly bags, Mylar™ bags, nylon bags, and more. PTS Series

Our PTS (or Push-to-Seal) machines are a favorite among IMPAK staff. They are ideal for food-related applications because these units allow users to hold a bag with both hands and push on the convenient stainless steel plate to activate the seal bars. This is why we sometimes refer to them as "hands free" sealers. The PTS-250 adds further convenience with its vertical mount option, which makes sealing liquid or powder contents much easier than with a standard horizontal configuration.

PTS sealers have proven popular among charitable organizations, where they are used to quickly package large quantities of foodstuffs to be shared with communities facing hunger, both at home and abroad.

IPK Series

Available in 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20" models as well as a variety of seal widths (a 5mm wide seal is standard on our IPK Series sealers), these machines are ideally suited to any environment in which bags and pouches require sealing or resealing. Quality construction, low power consumption, and portability make these units the bag sealer of choice from Coffee Shops to Laboratories.

Retailers, food companies, homemakers, electronics manufacturers, dental and medical laboratories, law enforcement officials, and a wide range of other users find these heat sealers to be indispensable. They are the most common first step for many companies.

Longbar Series

As the name suggests, these machines have much longer seal bars than any other entry-level impulse sealers. If your application requires getting a reliable straight seal on large bags (between 2 and 3 feet wide at the open end), a Longbar sealer is for you. These units are also preferred by many customers for creating their own bags from tubing or rollstock.
