Our spouted pouches feature a tamper-evident cap located on the top side. While these pouches are commonly used for sample applications, we also offer larger sizes ranging from 2 FL OZ to 101.44 FL OZ. The smaller sizes come with caps of varying diameters, ranging from 9mm to 33mm. This versatile pouch style is ideal for packaging juices, oils, lotions, and various other products. This spout insertion machine is designed to effortlessly insert fitment caps onto stand-up pouches. It boasts rapid performance, capable of inserting several fitments simultaneously while operating on a revolving belt. Once completed, you'll find approximately 50 pouches neatly arranged on a rack.
