Vacuum Seal Bags & Rolls

Vacuum sealing is one of the best ways to protect foods and other goods from deterioration due to exposure to oxygen and moisture. IMPAK produces and stocks a variety of high barrier vacuum seal bags that are FDA compliant and BPA free, perfect for preserving freshly harvested produce and meat, sous vide cooking, and cryovac style long term storage.

Rapid turnaraound of customer-specific sizes of food grade bags for vacuum packaging is an IMPAK area of expertise. Standard vacuum bags are 3 mil thick, and we have 4 mil and 5 mil raw material structures readily available. Whether you have supply chain problems or just need a fast solution, these food grade materials are ready to be converted. Remember...

Channeled (or textured or embossed) vacuum seal bags are optimized for use with clamp-style vacuum sealers, including most home use sealers like the CounterMate®, FoodSaver®, Anova®, Nesco® etc.

Smooth (non-channeled) vacuum seal bags are optimized for use with nozzle-style and chamber-style vacuum sealers, which are more commonly used in commercial and industrial settings.

IMPAK is also world-renowned for its electronics-grade materials and high barrier films that include foil, and we work with several companies to provide these films for medical, chemical, and superconductor applications.
