Tabletop Units

Don't let their size fool you - these machines are very versatile and ready to tackle a wide variety of vacuum and vacuum / gas flush applications. As their name implies, these machines are meant to be used on any open table space or countertop, thus saving valuable floor space in your packaging area.

All Gramatech table-top models feature all 304 stainless steel construction. That includes a heavy gauge, fully welded vacuum cavity that prevents the warping that can occur on lighter gauge deep drawn vacuum cavities used in many other brands. All standard Gramatech tabletop chamber models operate on 110V/1PH/60HZ power and do not require an additional compressed air source.

Single Chamber Units

Gramatech single chamber vacuum sealers offer you an industrial quality machine with exceptional portability, with either a traditional vacuum cavity or easy-to-clean flat working deck design. All models feature all 304 stainless steel housings and come with air assist sealing as standard (to use this feature, an external compressed air source is required).

Double Chamber Units

Double chamber vacuum sealers boost production by functioning like two machines in one. They feature either two separate chambers or a single deck with a lid that swings between sides, allowing operators to load one side while the other is sealing, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.

This efficiency is why they’re known as the “workhorses” of vacuum sealers. Built with durable stainless steel construction and powerful Busch pumps, they’re designed for high-volume, heavy-duty use, including multiple shifts per day. From food packaging to dry-packing electronics and more, double chamber sealers deliver reliable performance and significantly increase productivity.

PD-01

The standard PD-01 digital control panel for Gramatech chamber sealers offers time-based control of sealer functions. An operator can easily set vacuum time, gas flush time (with optional gas flush system), seal time, and cooling time with an accurate digital readout.

PNC-01

For more advanced control, the optional PNC-01 microprocessor-based control panel allows for the vacuum to be controlled via time OR vacuum pressure (by percentage). It also includes a 14-recipe memory, soft air venting, and multi-stage gas flush capability.
