Spout pouches have become a popular alternative to rigid packaging, merging the utility of stand up pouches with the convenience of reclosable fitments integrated into the flexible package itself. IMPAK's SpoutPAK™ pouches are widely used for liquid packaging applications such as restaurant to go beverages, cold brew coffee, spirits and mixers, refill packaging, automotive fluids, cleaning products, lotions, and more. They are particularly popular as drink pouches and multi-serve beverage bags for coffee, tea, and lemonade, and for adult drinks such as wine, spirits, and cocktails. IMPAK's SpoutPAK™ spouted pouches feature a recloseable spout which is hermetically sealed to the packaging material. This spout protects the product through its lifecycle and they can be used for both liquids and powders. Specialty SpoutPAK™ items include BarrelPAK™ which features a spigot or tap spout, DrinkPAK (large liquid pouches with handles), and the CubePAK™ cheertainer which can be utilized for bag-in-box applications. We also have the capability to support investment in proprietary closures and the tooling to produce them.
